We run a small group of sushi and katsu restaurants in London called Tsuru. Founded on the same principles as Tonkotsu, offering decent Japanese food made the traditional way using the best ingredients. Tsuru’s menu is simple: hand-made sushi and katsu curries to eat in and take away.
